About Parkview Pet Center in Doha, Qatar

Parkview Pet Center is a full-service veterinary clinic in Madinat Khalifa North, Doha, Qatar, serving the pet-owning community since 2011. Founded by Abdulla Al Naemi — who also established 2nd Chance Rescue, a non-profit animal welfare organisation, in 2009 — the clinic combines clinical veterinary medicine with a genuine commitment to animal welfare. On-site facilities include an in-house diagnostic laboratory (digital X-ray, ultrasound, dental X-ray, blood work, urinalysis, cytology), a dedicated surgical suite with multiparameter monitoring, a ringworm isolation ward not commonly found in veterinary clinics in Qatar, and a separate feline hospitalisation ward. Services cover veterinary care, professional grooming (clinic and mobile), dog and cat boarding in separate facilities, international pet relocation as an IPATA member, and after-hours emergency on-call. Parkview holds a 4.2-star rating across 435+ Google Reviews.

Our Story

Established in Doha, Qatar in 2011

Parkview Pet Center was founded in 2011 by Abdulla Al Naemi. Two years earlier, in 2009, Abdulla founded 2nd Chance Rescue — a non-profit animal welfare organization dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming stray and abandoned animals in Qatar.

Working hands-on with rescue animals — sick, injured, abandoned — showed Abdulla what was missing in Qatar: a veterinary clinic where animal welfare wasn't a marketing line, but the reason the doors opened in the first place.

Parkview was established as a natural extension of that mission. The clinic has operated from the same Madinat Khalifa North location since, growing from a small practice into a full-service centre.

Our Commitment to Animal Welfare

Parkview Pet Center and 2nd Chance Rescue were founded by the same person, two years apart, with the same goal: improving the lives of animals in Qatar.

2nd Chance Rescue operates as a separate non-profit organization dedicated to rescuing stray and abandoned animals, providing veterinary rehabilitation, and finding them permanent homes. Parkview provides veterinary support to rescue animals treated through the programme.

This is not a marketing tagline — it is the foundation of the practice. The same team that treats your pet also treats rescued animals in need.
